To everyone at Southside:
I don’t know if you remember me, we bought 3 lowline heifers and a full
blood bull from you in June 2006. My son and I came up when you and your
crew were unloading some hay. We had driven in from Michigan. I offered
to help, and you said you were almost done so we took a look around. We
were impressed to see such a beautiful and clean farm. The quality of
your livestock was impressive. This is when I realized that I wanted to
do business with you. We had been to 2 other farms that month and their
livestock was nice-but your bloodlines were the best we saw. I wanted
you to know that we had 2 outstanding heifers out of the bull we bought
from you. He is a son from your bull Reno. I have been told I need to
show the heifers as they are so outstanding! We referred the Souci
family to you and they said they placed a deposit for some heifers from
next year’s calving. Do I get commission? HaHa! I will continue to refer
my friends to you as we are very happy with our Lowlines. Thank you and
I will give you a call in the spring. Charlie Cramer & family |

We've got a little ranch and we
needed little cows. After much research on (Miniature) Lowline Angus we found
Frank's website. It looked like a little patch of heaven with cows. I
gave him a call and he was very informative....read

To everyone at South Side Farm,
My name is Bob Wasserman and I live in
Maine not far from Bangor. My wife and I have a farm on 38 acres,
which has been in the family since my Great Grandfather. Last year we
decided as a family to add a new breed of cattle to our farm. We have
17 Black Angus cows and we spoke with a breeder who has Lowline
cattle. We weren't too familiar with Lowlines, so we researched on
line and realized they were 40% smaller than a Black Angus. We
started talking with some breeders and we visited a breeder and the
breeder had 39 cows. We looked around and we ended up buying 4 of his
heifers. Shortly after we contacted some other breeders and somebody
we talked to recommended us to you at South Side Miniature Lowlines.
I emailed you and you suggested we visit your place so you could show
us first hand what South Side had to offer....read

Dear Frank, I live near
Syracuse, NY and spoke to you a couple of times on the phone. I
appreciate the calm and "unrushed" manner of our conversations. I'm just
starting with the miniature cattle and I needed some help. We have Black
Angus cattle and we are starting to purchase miniatures. I was looking
for a calf and you recommended we take a Saturday trip to your farm,
which we did. The place was easy to get to and your signs were
great!....read more

Hey Frank,
I wanted to drop you a note about the 3 heifers we bought from you last
year. They look real good and my husband is very happy with them. I want
to thank you for the coffee, pastry, and all around hospitality. We
wanted to buy more, but we decided it was best to start with the 3 of
them. A neighbor of ours saw them and he would like to come with us next
year when we buy more. The long trip was worth it-you have a beautiful
farm and great full blood lowlines.....Betty Garrison, Michigan....click

Hi Frank,
Enjoyed chatting with you the other evening. I am enclosing another copy
of the letter that I sent you last June for your review and use if you
like. Fortunately it was still on the computer, after I spoke to you I
had that sinking feeling that I had deleted it, but wha-la!
Juli (short for Julio as in Inglesias!) continues to be wonderful. He is still tiny - will try to get a measurement on him before this
goes out today but can't tell you what it is right now. He is very small
- for which I am thrilled....read more

Dear Southside Farm,
I have heifers picked up
from you this summer. I’m sorry we couldn’t come personally,
hopefully we can next time. My neighbor who came up said you and
your crew were very helpful and he enjoyed the day. We are very
happy with the heifers and thought you would like to see a picture
of them. We will be back for more! Thank you, Richard and Ava

Hi Frank and everyone at South
Side Farm, We had been talking with several breeders regarding Lowline
Cattle. We found some breeders on the internet and some just through
word-of-mouth (this is how we found you). We didn’t want to travel out
of state as we live outside of Waynesboro, VA. My wife and I have been
interested in miniature cattle for several years and we decided that
Lowline Cattle are the best for us. We felt comfortable after our many
conversations with you and we made the trip up to your farm. It was a
beautiful ride coming up and we appreciate your suggestion for the Motel
in Worcester. We appreciate the hospitality you gave us that Saturday
morning when we met you and Lisa....read

Dear Mr. Popolizio,
My wife and I can't thank you enough for being so generous with your
time. I am sorry we showed up on the spur of the moment, but being
in the area we could not resist stopping to see your farm and the
beautiful animals you have raised. I hope we can
return when the weather is warmer....read

Dear Frank and Lisa,
I don’t know if you remember us, but about 3 years ago we came to
your place on a beautiful summer’s day. You were having a cookout
for your workers at South Side Stables. You had Italian sausage that
smelled great. We were going to go out to have lunch, but you
invited us to have lunch with you and your crew. I was impressed
with that-plus I never had such good homemade Italian sausage! We
have about 15 acres and we live near the Canadian border, our place
doesn’t look like yours-but we are happy. We spoke with several
other breeders, but nobody seemed to “click” with us as you did. You
took the time on the phone to “walk us through it”....read
